On this site we created a utility room to the rear of the property and a master suite above the garage. This involved piled foundations on the site which had been land filled.
We were lucky enough to match the brick exactly and we used the existing roof tiles that had been weathered on the front elevation to make the structure appear that it had been there from the outset.

On this site we turned a 600sq/ft. two bed bungalow in to a four bed 1800sq/ft. family home complete with large kitchen/ family room, lounge, dining room, ensuites, and a double garage.

Here we have an example of a larger extension to a private house using an oak framed structure to construct the gable end which forms the show piece of the site. The whole roof was refurbished and all upvc windows replaced with natural oak. The internals were also rearranged to move the main entrance to the centre of the property to add natural balance.
