Deene Ball Started in construction Industry in 1988 as a bricklayer and worked for two construction companies as a site manager
having experience of large and small contracts and of various forms of construction.

We have experience of all types of work including domestic housing and extensions, apartments, nursing homes, building conversions, barn conversions. We also have experience of commercial contracts such as office blocks including internal installations, car showrooms, health centres and schools.

We have experience of listed buildings including barn conversions and works to university buildings.

Company formed in 2003 and concentrates mainly in the domestic housing sector with new build housing, specialising in barn conversions and also extensions and conversions.

We are a relatively small company with overheads at a level which enables us to compete on the smaller projects such as landscaping up to small extensions with the experience and capacity to take on all aspects of a large extension up to a new build housing site or barn conversion development.

We can supply all the services necessary to turn a green field into a new housing or commercial project.

We work closely with architects, planners, building control and engineers, building up trusting and lasting relationships and supplying all the necessary certifications and calculations needed.

We deal with party wall notices, structural calculations, SAP calculations and energy performance certificates. We also deal with air and sound testing of the buildings we construct or adapt and build to robust details.

We also work closely with homeowners and developers alike and understand that when dealing with developers that the project does not end at the completion of the construction phase and we work with estate agents and solicitors to help facilitate the sales processes.

We provide free quotations on all types of work and work with all clients to ensure a quality project on a wide range of budgets. Each project is priced on a three step process from a basic structural package up to a project ready to be inhabited to suit the requirements of all clients.
